Reiki Healing Circle: Rewiring & Reconnection

Marines Rodriguez
Marines Rodriguez
This special Reiki Circle is designed to guide you into a deep exploration of the subconscious mind. At the depth facilitated by Marinés, Reiki offers profound physical, mental, and emotional healing. This April, Marinés will take our healing intentions a step further, incorporating transformational hypnosis techniques learned from world-renowned teacher and trainer, Chris Howard. This is not like hypnosis in the movies—there’s no mind control, swinging pendulums, or swirling black-and-white spirals. Instead, during the Reiki Circle, you’ll rest comfortably while Marinés gently guides you into a brainwave state optimal for healing and subconscious access. Through this deeply meditative experience, you’ll begin to rewire limiting beliefs, empowering your mind to move beyond self-sabotaging patterns and blockages. You’ll still receive all the benefits of Marinés’ regular Reiki Circles, with Reiki energy and frequencies supporting you in reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have felt disconnected or out of alignment. This is a gentle, restorative experience. You will always be in control, and the process is designed to empower you—not take power away. Think of it as a guided meditation with deeper healing benefits. --- What is Reiki? Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art that channels energy to activate and support your natural physical, emotional, and spiritual healing processes. Marinés will administer reiki by placing her hands above and around your body (physical healing touch optional) to channel healing energy throughout your mind, body and spirit. -- What is Hypnosis? Chris Howard teaches that “one of the biggest mistakes people make about hypnosis is believing they surrender control to the hypnotist. But that’s the furthest thing from the truth.” Howard explains that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, and with the right guidance, we can tap into our fullest sense of power and control. Hypnosis is a natural, altered state of consciousness in which a person becomes deeply relaxed and highly focused, making them more open to positive suggestions. It is widely used for therapeutic purposes, helping individuals shift habits, overcome fears, reduce stress, and reprogram limiting beliefs. Unlike the myths from movies, hypnosis does not involve losing control or becoming unconscious. Instead, it is a guided process—often referred to as self-hypnosis—where you remain aware but enter a trance-like state, similar to being deeply absorbed in a book or meditation. In this state, the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to transformation and healing.
